Re: Anyone tried vimo telephone transfers?
However, for ROI purposes even 1 out of 10 works out great - even at $25 a pop:
$25 X 10 leads = $250
Average AV is $3,000 X 20% = $600
Net = $350
$350 X 5 = $1,750 or $91,000 a year and you don't have to pick up the phone and spend the day hunting down people who don't want to speak with you. Not too shabby at all and I'll look into this for myself. Bottom line is it sounds like a great program. You basically cannot lose - unless you can't close anyone
Using John's numbers, but looking at it "As Earned", the numbers will show profit but at a much slower pace.
VIMO lead cost = $25 x 10 = $250/day x 5 days/wk = $1250/wk x 4 wk/mth = $5000/mth marketing costs.
$3000/yr AV x .20 = $600 comm/yr ÷ 12 mth = $50/mth x 20 sales/mth = $1000/mth. = Month 1 = $4K in the red.
Income from month 1 = $1K & assuming the same numbers = $2K end of month 2. Marketing costs are still $5K/mth, so now you are $7K in the red $4K (1) + $3K (2) for marketing costs.
Month 3 = income $2K + $1K = $3K monthly income & another $2K in the red marketing costs. Total thus far for marketing is $9K in the red.
Month 4 = $4K income, 10K in the red, Month 5 = $5K income, $10K red, Month 6 = $6K income, $9K red, Month 7 = $7K income, $7K red, Month 8 = $8K income, $4K red, Month 9 = $9K income, break even point.
Month 10 = $10K income, $5K profit, Month 11 = $11K income, $6K profit, Month 12 = $12K income, $7K profit. After that, you can figure it out using residuals etc.
The point is, it would be very difficult to do as earned. John and I spoke and it only makes sense to do using an advance commission. Of course, this is assuming that you could even get 10 leads/day from VIMO and only closing 1 out of 10. It is also not taking into account the marketing you do on your own to generate additional sales.
