I know 5-Star is closed on Tuesday however does anybody know of any other companies closed that Day? I've been on my carrier's websites to see if there was any info but can't find any regarding whether they are open or not.

Columbian does not have Veteran's Day listed on their holiday list. I would say most will be open.

Is 1 Star closed that day or just not answering the phones to catch up from Monday?

I received an email stating they will be closed.
