I agree Vimo can not give too many credits , agents would turn in every lead - partially due to their own inability to sell and the quality of caller is basically the same - uninsured, health problems and broke.
This is one of those things it either works for you or it doesn't. I would watch the math and conversions real close - it doesn't take much to go upside down.
