Virtual Phone System and CRM

My benefits agency is growing. I need a CRM that is accessible by a remote worker that is under $30 per month that keeps track of leads and clients and I need a phone system (cloud) that allows the phone to ring to both and has extension. Trying to keep this inexpensive

I think for your needs you may want to look at Zoho CRM and some cloud PBX systems like grasshopper or onebox. Unfortunately, the cloud PBX systems operate on a minutes per month basis so they can get a little pricey over time.

You can check a similar set up to ours. We use Salesforce then had it integrated with Skype for business through a third party CTI called Tenfold. We added the third party CTI due to the added features it comes with.
