Yugma has a no download option called view-only. Invitees cannot become the presenter, but most don't need to anyway.

The main thing every agent needs to be aware of is this:

Does the web sharing you use store the IP address of the client?

If not, you're liable and it's deemed illegal to use by the carriers, specifically Humana and Golden Rule

Go to meeting and most of the free ones I've seen do not do store the IP address, but AQ conference does. And AQ conference is only $15 a month (IHIAA price I believe) but it can't be much more if you're not a member.

VoIP software for all - Conference for business or pleasure everywhere in the world is coming out with a flash browser that won't require a download.

It will be a few months tho.
