So I somehow ended up in the insurance business. I passed my P&C test a week ago (first time) and will be doing the L&H test next week. I'm very excited to get going in this business! This forum really did help on my decision to take the job offer. Thanks!

I will be a producer with a NEW State Farm agency. That is the only thing I am truly worried about. Our office opens December 1st.

My decision to choose insurance was based on family and friends in the business that say it can be a great career. The income potential and the fact that all most certainly will be around forever. I like involving myself with people and interacting.

So far so good guys. We opened Thursday and I've sold one auto. Working on a lot of quotes now. Internet leads will start Monday.
