My excitment for this business is completely gone. State Farm is not competetive at all in the area around my office. We are getting leads within a radius of about 30 minute drive. I know with how times are now people are choosing price over customer service now a days.
I think my agent is doing all he can to get business but man, when I am double sometimes triple the premiums. How can i sell that? I know I wouldnt switch from say Citizens to State Farm for customer service for that price. Myself for example pay around $1200/ year with USAA, I did a quote on myself and the premium was $576/ MONTH!!!
Any advice guys? I really want to work for an idependent agency.
