We went from a huge raise on our commissions and renewals to the largest FMO screwing us and now the Companies screwing us. Shocker. Bet CMS don’t give 2 shits either.

You didn't look at cigna 2025 pdp info posted on their portal did you?

Az, w virg, Arkansas, are just a few offering $0 cigna assurance plans. Based on current filing

You would think the fmo’s would be filing a law suit tomorrow, fighting for their agents money. Right they don't give 2 shits about agents

Any lawyers in the crowd that can look at our contracts and see if our renewals are protected? I have no idea. Seems they should be since they were agreed to by both parties and we haven’t signed anything saying differently.

Nothing a lawyer can do. You're dealing with CMS. The same CMS that says that if you don't recertify every year, you lose your commissions.

CMS may set the commission structure but they leave pretty much everything else to the companies.

And who ever heard of an insurance company screwing an agent?
