What Is Your BEST Contract With Foresters with 10 Year Trails??

I am curious as to the highest contract up front and with 10 year trails.

Not looking for any offers just what you have....

Keep in mind if an IMO has a 130%, they will not give you a 130%. To make it worth their time, they might give you a 115% if you are a 5+ year LIFE insurance producer with a $250K trailing 12. In this day and age it is not worth the liability for an (up-line) producer to make only 5% or 10% on your business.
Think about it: If you produce a solid $200K in life production your up-line only makes $20K at 10%. How much time will it take to help you? Two hours a week? Four hours a week? What happens if you bail, make a career change and 5 of your clients terminate their life policies? Now you owe Foresters (or any other Ins Co) their money that they advanced you. Who is on the hook?

Also what kind of MARKETING resources does your up-line have. Response mail at cost is worth 5% to me. Full back office support is worth 5% to me. Good solid, honest support is worth 5% to me.

Go to my website is you are a top producing agent.

Thanks

I don't know the guy personally, but my cousin's wife's best friend's brother supposedly gets 135% first year and 16% 2-10.

Not that hard to get that contract, just gotta know the right people.. Yes, I have that contract, no I didn't have to offer production proof.

Why are you interested with the highest Foresters contract? Are they your number one company?

A couple of years ago I was offered 130% and 12% renewals with Foresters. I don't know that's the best deal out there or not. Even though I have production that marketer never asked about production.

I do know this. I have heard JD complain big time about Foresters and how they operate in regards to paperwork and stips etc. I have used them for about 75% of my busines over the past year and I must admit if I could find someone with a decent program even close to what they ofer I'd take a very hard look. They have hit me with some realy stupid stips over the past few weeks, which just end up costing me time and money. Some of them I have gotten waived but to do that you have to go over thier head and then they just hit you with more stips.

stips??? :err: Are you talking about when appticals decision engine doesn't give level coverage? If so, how did you manage to get it overturned?

I assume you are speaking about their FE since this is the FE forum.

Sorry but I have never seen or heard of a 135 contract with those kind of renewals with them. I call BS on this post.

Every contract i have ever seen drop off sharply after year 2 in regards to renewals.

I call them stips or stipulations. It is something that has to be fixed to get the policy issued or the loan closed.

I got one last week when the lady at Foresters told me I had to write in a dollar amount for the GIR on the product details page. I knew this to be false but it took about an hour of explaining it to the right people to have them remove the stip. Then when they removed it they gave me a new stip. since the insured was 16 he did have to sign it along with his legal guardian. At first they told me to only have the legal guardian sige it. It was a big waste of time and money. I did write 4 policies worth $350 of monthly premium but still I don't like spending time proving them wrong.

Now the issue is does he really have to sign the app because he turns 16 in July. It is a nearest age policy. I get this kind of stuff with Foresters quite often. I do like selling thier FE but it can be a real pain sometimes. It seems like your dealing with lots of rookies in underwriting.

Another one I got bumped to a level with a note from the Doctor stating she never had any congestive heart failure issues. Their concern was because of the meds she was on. They did bump it but it took a week and a half.

You can call it BS or anything else you wish to. I'm not asking you to believe it, I am stating what contract I have with the canadians. Again, if you know the right people you can get that contract w/o production requirements.. who knows that "right person" might be on this board...
