What Is Your BEST Contract With Foresters with 10 Year Trails??

They tend to fall short in "after death" issues as well.

Yes. They do eventually pay though. As long as the beneficiary doesn't need to money too quickly.

I'm hopiong so. I've only had one death with them. The policy was written last August. The client died in Dec. Still going through the contesting. Not even close to an answer from what I understand.

Anybody know how CSA claims are working out? Looks like I have a potential DB coming soon and the policy has been in-force about a year.

I have foresters, only did 2 policies with them, for a $1k/m premium. They were pretty decent to work with. I take "stips" as you call them to be part of the game, and just something you have to deal with. Granted if I was doing a ton of final expense, I figure it can get annoying.

Their BIGUL policy was pretty nice and served a great all in one product for some clients. Beyond that, they were a bit more expensive. I think they are a great carrier to keep in mind and in the portfolio.... although I think I need a higher contract with them. lol. My IMO , er, upline is horrible and does not provide me with anything, even a proactive phone call. The rest of my biz is mostly Mass Mutual and Allianz. If someone can provide me with a good contract (with another 3 agents under me), would love to chat with you.

With Foresters it's always good to have a much younger contingent beneficiary. That way if the main Benny dies of old age waiting on the settlement, the backup will probably live long enough to be paid.

It might be a good idea to list a 3rd level and use future family members who are not born yet.

Newby you are sharp today. Thanks for a smile.

I have had two deaths with Foresters and both were handled very timely and both paid.

The 2nd one was on a 53 year old lady who had a level policy for $15,000 and only had the policy for 5 months. Her records revealed she did infact have some late stage Kidney issues which were not disclosed to me while taking the application. Foresters sent me a questionaire asking me what I knew about the situation. I told them she seemed like a pretty sharp lady, which she did, as she had a good job, 2 daughters, lived in a nice well kept home and actually had a computer with internet access.

They paid the claim

As asked by Newby

"And what are the Foresters benefits? They build playgrounds?"

I have a policy with Foresters and I have used the legal link three times and it saved me money each time.

Whether you use them or not they are good selling points that if used properly can make you money. I had a 65 year old man swithch policies recently because he liked the benefits, which his existing company did not have. The monthly payment was the same with both policies. He went with Foresters because of the benefits and I made a grand.

The Foresters benefits are tools. Use them. They can make you money.
