What's are some great CRM'S for FE TELESALES ?

Well, knowing that it has not changed and we're still full of negativity and assumptions....why post now? What is your agenda now? It does seem like you have a reason, so what is it?

Same reason as you, give advice and promote his business.

No reason to feel threatened, everyone already knows they can get higher commissions going to other IMO's and also know that some of your trainers have never sold a policy.

Well, while the last part of what you said about training is not at all true, I would like to hear from them, not you who is just assuming. I'm not threatened, but sometimes those who come across like that will soon be offering their wares. I just wanted to know.

We have a partner Telesales platform that we helped launch in which we support the technology, compliance, leads, and training for top notch agents who want to remain independent and receive top comp while still getting the benefit of FinalExpenseTeleversity.com. It's called Premier Producers Group PremierProducersGroup.com

Northstar Insurance Advisors is for great agents looking for a turnkey solution in FE Telesales. It's an all Inbound platform where all the leads are prequalified in-house and Live Transfered at no cost to agent. We do all the marketing in St. Louis and use no offshore. Many agents like not having to worry about cost, quality, quantity and where and when the next lead is gonna come. Although the contracts start lower agents that like this type of turnkey platform make up for it in deal volume, marketing costs, conservation support, compliance and production support.

It's actually hard to keep up with the demand of agents that want to join the Northstar Insurance Advisors platform. I don't say that to brag even tho I know there will be agents ready to blast me for this post as being bragging. But I say it because we are looking for qualified leaders that are proven Telesales Leaders that we can help open small turn-key call centers for to support the demand for all the agents that want to do this and get out of the field. There is huge money in call centers and it's only getting bigger and bigger for FE for both agents and call center owner operators.

Hope that helps to clear up why I am here Todd. Again let me know if you ever want to chat.

I am also here to talk all things FE Telesales!

Out of curiosity, what type of compensation are you offering agents for carriers such as Mutual of Omaha ( 125%? ) Prosperity LIfe ( 120-125%) or Am. Am. 120-125%?

Just curious. Like your guys videos. Looks like you got a nice 'shop' going.

Hey there Matt Thanks man! That is a question for James Campbell at Premier Producers Group who runs that company. I am not involved to much in that side of business. I know he is negotiable based on production, goals and current contract levels. You can get him at [email protected] and let him know we chatted on Ins. Forum. Thanks man!

You haven't said, so I'm going to assume you are a recruiter for them. That being said, if you are a recruiter you should at least know the minimums that you're recruiting at. If you are not a recruiter...my apologies.

No need to apologize Todd. Let me clear everything up a bit more for you. I am a Telesales agent first that happened to work very hard at it for many years. Fortunately the good Lord has blessed me with this talent.

Because of this talent and hard work I have been able to parlay this into a pretty nice sized FE Telesales IMO. My main responsibility is training Telesales agents how to sell Final Expense 100% over the phone at high volume using a system that we have developed over the years.

I am the co-owner and a managing partner of VRG Insurance Marketing, Northstar Insurance Advisors and Final Expense Televersity. Hope that clears it up even more so you don't have to assume anymore sir. All the best!

Excellent! That's what I was wondering about.

Now if you are interested to know why I'm asking all of this, I will gladly tell you.

You see, Ramiz came back to the forum out of the blue. In a very short time he was promoting telesales for FE in a general manner. He was staking his claim on the telesales side, so to speak. What was curious about this is that he was only hiring locally, yet he kept trying to promote himself....lightly. I kept wondering why he was even on the forum. Then it was mentioned about VRG (I guess). Now all of the sudden you show up.

So the bottom line is that it appears as though Ramiz was setting you up to come on here and recruit. While you can certainly do that, it just seemed a little sneaky by Ramiz.

That again is a big assumption Todd. Ramiz was not setting me up to recruit. It's funny but not true. In all actuality I just came in to say thanks to the fellas that gave me a shout-out. Northstar Insurance Advisors and VRG Insurance have recently merged together. There is no agenda! Of course when I do talk about my business in a positive light that surly can be looked at as recruiting. I am proud of my business and the people I work with as I am sure you are. Again if you ever want to meet me via phone and ask me all your questions feel free to give me a call. I am an open book and love meeting success people in the business.
