Who has 22- 25 dollar Direct mail FE leads?

I'll get it started.

1. I've already given you one on current oxygen use. I can go a true Graded(30%*70%*100%). That's 1st day coverage($3,000 1st day coverage on a $10,000 F.A.).

2. You mentioned that you're GI for COPD. If no oxygen, I've got 2 Level and 3 true Graded. :)

3. What're you going to do for a 4'0'' tall butterball who tips the scales at 500 pounds and has no other health conditions? Another GI. I've got 4 companies that will be Level with that condition(and a 5th if she's 14 or younger), and I'm just a dabbler.

That's pretty good. Do you think this kind of underwriting is why some carriers are starting to tighten up their underwriting or exiting the FE arena?

Sit down Noah! You won't even be in the FE arena in 6 months! I'm not trying to be mean to you, but your posts the last several weeks are pointing you in that direction.

So you're saying Todd can only teach you to replace policies? Any sales training? How many people could be hurt when you start the 2 year contestability period all over, just so you can make another advance?

Are you one of those agents who likes to roll Ms. Jones from carrier to carrier every few months so you can get a new advance on the same Ms. Jones?

Tell Todd to get you some fresh exclusive FE leads and to teach you how to sell so you won't have to hope you can replace a policy in order to pay your bills.

Come on down to NC and see if you can back this up. As far as betting you (in bold above), I'll bet everything you own. Borrow some $$$ from Todd.

If there was truly a way to do this, I believe I could replace quite a bit of your policies because when I share Legacy's savings with your clients, and I lay the math out for them to see, they will become my clients....and you'll have another charge back coming out of your advance....ouch!

Hey dude,Todd's guys are truly independent, not on the tit of the agency.

He does not sell leads,have ra-ra meetings,or blow smoke,he's a straight shooter.

He's just calling you out on the facts and nothing else.

SL is a decent company for someone brand new,a green bean who needs hand holding,training,ra-ra meetings and weekly conference calls.

You seem like a cool guy.It appears you want to be "one of the boys" on this forum.

Why don't you try to be a little more transparent about underwriting ?

Talk about other specifics that appeal to seasoned independent agents.

Is there a comp cut for your GI ? 81-85 ?

Is your GI 2 or 3 year ROP ?

There are plenty of guys watching these threads that you could land ?

They are watching you evade direct questions from experienced agents.

You could be scaring them off ?

There is plenty of business and an agency and a company for everyone.

_I definitely do not want to be one of the boys on this forum.

_GI has a cut in commissions across all ages 0-85 when compared to immediate coverage plans. All carriers do this. Your question asks about ages 81-85 for GI. Do you really sell FE?

_If my posts scare agents off then they wouldn't survive in the FE arena. Like I said earlier you'll be gone in 6-12 months.

I try to be as transparent as possible. When are you coming to NC to replace all my business? That's what you said earlier.....lol.

You sound like a beginner selling FE which is ok, we all were/are beginners at one time. Like I said earlier I have no interest in having you on my team so you better stick with Todd.

Wishing you the best.

Thanks Rouse....lol. That's only 2 not 5.
That's 3. I even numbered them for you. I thought I'd let some others have some fun with you, that's why I said I'd start it off.

There are a few that have tightened up their UW.....ACI, Kranjsko Slovenska Katoliška Jednota and Settlers come to mind.

Settlers stopped taking new business Nov 7, 2018. Not a sign of a healthy successful business. Maybe their underwriting, poor mgmt., or rates helped cause this problem?

Rouse you are turning into a bitter old man. You actually sound kinda angry about nothing important. I can offer everything I laid out because the carrier offers it. Todd can offer his things because his carriers offer it. Are you with me so far?

It just so happens that Todd likes to ridicule what I offer. So I laid out what I can offer because my carrier wants me to offer it and I challenged Todd to show what he has to offer agents.

He can offer some things, just like anyone else, but he can't offer nearly as much as I could offer. Hopefully that will silence him from always ridiculing me. I get tired of hearing his criticism and negativity.

Were you able to follow that clearly? I thought you were bragging at one time about being a pastor. A real pastor doesn't get riled by the facts and comments I've made. You're just not that important. And neither am I.

As far as the bold in your post above let's put you in the spot light. Name 5 scenarios.....lol.

I'll help you: Transamerica gives 1st day coverage to COPD (with a few restrictions I believe) and COPD is GI with us.

OK, Rouse, give me 5 examples since you act like you know SL's underwriting....just 5.

Any other questions?
Greg.. You are very wrong.. I am probably one of the happiest guys around... You have tried to label with that before simply because I have taken time to point out some of the shortcomings of SL's contracts.. For many years, they shafted the agents royally when compared to what other companies offered. By your own admission, it is only recently they have changed the commission schedules to be a little more fair to the agents that might want to write the better rated plans for their clients.. Wonder why they did that? Reckon they were loosing too many agents to other companies or having a problem recruiting experienced agents? And yet the contract still has numerous ways that SL can deny an agent renewals that other companies don't.

Earlier, you said SL had more positive comments, not counting yours, that other companies.. You really have to be kidding..Other than you, there is seldom anyone with SL speaking highly of them.

Greg.. You are happy with SL and claim to be making a great living with them.. That is great.. I wish you much success. But, don't expect everyone else to overdose on the kool aid..
