Does anyone notice how this guy becomes mysteriously absent when challenged ?

Wonder why ?

Because he has no comeback.

I've seen him logged in during the day several times this past week...even though he said he doesn't come on during the day/weekdays because he doesn't have time to be on the Forum during the week like us "losers".

He has a funny approach to recruiting...which he says he doesn't do on the Forum.

How's he gonna get anybody on the forum to contract ?

He's grasping for straws on here.

Anyone reading,engaging on this forum can get a much better deal from independent IMO's.

80% commision ?

Lead financing ?

Non competitive underwriting ?

He must be looking for stone cold morons ?

Recipe for disaster.

I guess he's looking for the back end commish,renewals after the agent burns out,splits the scene ?
