UnitedHealthcare's Advantage Guard (Golden Rule) is GI for ages 60-74, if memory serves correctly. If you're already contracted with UHC for Medicare products, that won't work. The Advantage Guard product requires separate contracting.
The best I’ve seen Gi 60-79 is medico or called wellabe now . I thought it was mistake but when you put a cancer rider on the plan its also Gi as no health questions . Remember even thought Gi all Gi hospital plans have a 6 month wait on preexisting conditions
