a judge doesn't validate a trust. a will only comes into play if the person who has a trust failed to re-title an asset into the trust or left some beneficiary driven asset to their "estate" instead of real people or their trust. if done properly, a will doesn't come into play for people who have a trust & therefore no judge or probate involvedThat's downright silly. The funeral will be over before that will is looked at let alone a judge validating it.
