Pretty much anything that exists.
Homeowners, absolutely.
X-dates are a little funny. I can pull them the same way that Cole Lists does. What they do is pull a list based on home purchase month.
Renters, no problem.
As far as the etc goes, that's a very long list. My data gets compiled from over 300 different sources and although some filters are more reliable than others, I can do all sorts of things. For example:
-Married homeowners 25-55 with estimated FICO scores of 650+ (great for captive agents looking for preferred business)
-Seniors 60-75 which is great for FE
-Seniors 67-78 for Med supps
-Folks turning 65 for Medicare products
-Folks turning 25 for auto (if the carrier(s) the agent works with have a break point there)
-Businesses 1-4 or 1-9 employees for small business health insurance or voluntary benefits
-Married homeowners 30-50 for life insurance
-and quite a bit more.
I guess I need to make my website do a better job conveying those points.

Absolutely. I can also scrub against the National Change of Address registry to help ensure the delivery rate on the mail.
