The problem with figures like this is from the natural skewing anyway. Do you know how many agents actually get their license and do nothing with it? I personally have 2 different friends that have their insurance licenses, have kept them for many years, and as far as I know, have yet to sell a policy. Think about how many "Primerica" agents get their license and never do anything. They might sell one or two policies part time, but because they already have a full time job they don't push the insurance side very much, if at all.
I understand that the average is the average, but it sure doesn't tell the whole story.
Yeah def, I was pointing out that I thought he was using the median stat, not the average stat. Right now my gripe is with the weight seemingly placed on silly rpi and sos metrics.
