Why You Must See The People

Something I learned this week, I love working with Puerto Rican families for FE, the nicest well kept homes, majority are Catholics so they need a burial, and they work hard. When I do a seminar at a church next, I will make sure its at a hispanic church. Its making me brush up on my espanol (tres anos)...

I took the bus one time to go to downtown and a man sat next to me we ended up chatting and I gave him my card as we were leaving. He ended up calling a few months later and bought a fe policy meeting me over a grand.

It's true talk to people and things happen. Thanks for the OP. And who cares if this type of stuff doesn't happen daily but it happens.

Holy **** fellas... got another replica of the case I originally posted about.

Door knocked a 4-month old lead who I didn't see due to a triple bypass. Said I'd be there a year after her bypass surgery to look at some life insurance options.

She had MoO -- ended up replacing her policy with coverage $20 more per month and with immediate benefit.

She mentioned her friend two trailers up from her who had term insurance. Naturally, I door knocked her cold and introduced myself. Two hours later, I was getting hugs and handshakes for replacing their term policy with whole life coverage and walked out with 2 policies and $2500 in commissions.

That is an extraordinary story. Thanks for sharing it. :D

He sent that same story to Penthouse Forum. It had a happier ending that time though.

...I mean...somebody told me he did. I only read the Wall Street Journal.
