Hi everyone,
Hope this is not a silly question but, if a customer scratches their own windshield trying clean it, can that be claimed under comp? Here is FL if a rock cracks your windshield your comp will pay for the replacement with no deductible.

Yes it is a silly question? Or yes the windhsield is covered and it is still a silly question? I need to know the answer.

To be honest, I don't know the answer to the question.
I doubt its covered, but reading the policy should tell you.

Unless the scratch is deep and long, or in the drivers line of site, a glass place can probably fix it for around $50 anyway.
