Why would someone want to live in a nice sunny place, possibly the beach, when you could put up with this weather? HA-HA This was taken today

I live in both Vegas and L.A. and hated it - couldn't get into the lack of seasons and I personally love the snow. Hopefully enough by tonight so I can go sledding with my son.

SC is the best place for having 4 distinct seasons. Not too hot in the summer, not too cold in the winter and we have occassional snow.

Now that I work from home I'm selfish - let's get tons of snow. I don't have to drive anywhere and sledding and tubing is a lot of fun.

I'll tell you a great state for season changes and great snow - Colorado.

Looks GREAT to someone who sells FE on the phone with no wet signature needed. Sell from the comfort of your home and can catch the prospects as home very easily.

I know you say you love it, and I know that you say you're successful at it, but how you can sit and be on the phone all day seems so boring to me. I am on the phone a lot too, but I really enjoy getting out and seeing the people.

To address the issue of 1,000 agents reading the post and only a few hundred being raised; many already give to national or local charities. I decided to give to this cause but I concentrate my efforts on my own local causes.
