One of my clients moved to WI and I need someone reliable to take over for me. Waushera County, Zip 54982. This guy will want a $0.00 premium MAPD and I know there are some available. Need 11/1 effective date.

If you direct him to Medicare.gov to choose a plan, make sure he's under 2018 for coverage to start 11/1. Otherwise he'll be submitting an AEP app for 2019 and locked into a 1/1 start date!
