Working Before Being Officially Hired???

.....If you see the need to be with a company and get a training subsidy, you are not the kind of person that should be working from home.

I totally agree and I also think that anyone who is so concerned about the training pay doesn't understand the business they are entering and is probably destined to not succeed. Of course I hope that is incorrect and I hope I am proved to be totally wrong but I doubt it.
 
I just want to say something brief.

1 have a do or die attitude. Any doubt and you fail.

2 experts are called that for being a valued resource. If you know little and wont learn without pay you will never be an expert.

3 learn to enjoy the process. If you hate the job chances are you wont be good at it.
