ZOHO Vs Radius Bob

We only have 2 agents, my partner and me. Need a system that can handle tasks, email, contacts with tagging etc and can be accessed through smart phone.

I like these: Zoho Professional version 20/mo/user or RadiusBob for $24/mo/user wondering if anyone has tried both and liked one better?

Radius is a favorite around here, he's always adding to it. I used zoho back in the day, its ok, was buggy for me. If your apart of any associations around here you can find a discount for Radius

I did a trial with both. After setting up Zoho and adding in all the custom features I needed I like it much more than radius. Zoho can be extremely versatile and powerful if setup right. You can run reports for virtually anything and customize almost the entire crm if you want. I only did a small amount of customizing and it wasn't hard. Zoho also has quite a few other programs than can integrate with their CRM such as Zoho contacts and Zoho books.

It's $12/mo/user for the standard version. You can't customize fields in the free version.
