Frank is the real deal too, Soonerman. There are a lot of folks around who will jump to take on any agent who will contract with them, and then make money off said agent through overrides or other methods.

Frank is the epitome of the phrase "Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach him to fish and he'll eat for a lifetime".

You are way off Mcfly. It insults adults to say they have to have thier child there to make a decision.

* It may simply be that Bob is not a closer. He may have convinced himself that most seniors have a limited ability to make a sound decision eventhough they have the expert and best information in front of them..If he can afford to make 2 to 3 trips to the same client, for the same pay and persistency as other top notch closing agents that close on the first call, for the same pay with the same persistency thats his business...
