Thanks for the correct spelling, on the west coast we say you guy's like you say yall. I grew up on southern food my Grandmother was from the south and she raised me. I don't do sweet tea and I do not like the mustard base BQ. I have had some really great food in CA and it has been really hard to give it up. And I don't think I wil ever get use to rain in the summer. But overall there are some really nice things the south has to offer.

I love the weather here in GA.

GA is one of four of the best selling states. Calf, Texas, GA, and Florida are gold mine states. I've always seen big numbers in these states from producers.

I am curious, do you want to make $150K or Gross $150. Lots of guys tell me how much money they make in this business, but they always tell me their gross commissions. Weird only business in the world were guys base profitability on their groos and forget about the expenses.
