2015 HealthCare.gov Marketplace Status 2015

Myth busted..........I've edited many they all want verification...

No myth busted-if I get an Eligibility letter with the verification request I simply run the application again from scratch, it usually eliminates the request.

If I get it twice in a row then I have the client send me the documents and upload them online, it's called customer service.

Do you upload the income document for all your clients? I was thinking of offering to do that for my clients that require income verification ( there aren't too many, maybe 15-20) but I'm a single agent with no admin and worried about having to do a massive number of uploads ever AEP...

It's frustrating that CMS provides no on-going updates or guidance for agents and consumers after Open Enrollment commenced. It's like they unlocked the door for everyone to come in, and then left the building.

These Agent Newsletters are the closest thing I've found for keeping brokers up-to-date.

Unfortunately, they're only published once a month. In a 3 month Open-Enrollment season, you need at least weekly status, and helpful-tips from HHS/CMS... A real-time-status website would be optimal.

You're assuming they actually care about doing a good job . . . .:twitchy:

What? Healthcare.gov is down on December 11th, with a December 15th deadline? I just got this:

We're making HealthCare.gov even better!

Sorry you can't get what you need right now. Please come back and visit again later. In the meantime, you can check out health plans and prices in your area.

I'm sticking with a Monday 12/15 11:59pm ET announcement. They have the "Enrollment Surge" excuse, and now, the "Down Time" excuse. But two more stars have to line up for them to pull the trigga.
:1cool:

Have to "Wait In Line" before Enrolling. Wait isn't long though. Not like last December.

BTW..how many Uninsured are being enrolled? Only 1 for me to this point. HHS will probably boast of x million of enrollees, without mentioning that 98% of them were already insured...liked their plan..but couldn't keep it.
