How do you phrase the 3 reasons? What is your transition to the close usually?
I usually start ny initial close with a comical/ sarcastic joke and then get down to business and have found this works 90% of the time I make a sale. Which I am closing about 65% TM Leads and slightly higher on DM Leads.
