3 Reasons for Teleleads

How do you phrase the 3 reasons? What is your transition to the close usually?

I usually start ny initial close with a comical/ sarcastic joke and then get down to business and have found this works 90% of the time I make a sale. Which I am closing about 65% TM Leads and slightly higher on DM Leads.

Why'd you send in the card

1. You don't have anything to take care of your FE
2. Have some, want to check and make sure it the right kind/good deal
3. Wanted some more or to leave to family/church etc

Thanks. I ask them why they sent the card in but I'm not that specific. I'll be bringing those reasons up from now on.

My mailers have these three reasons along with two others, along with a "other" column.

Makes the close rate higher and "mail and pray" is taken out of the equation. If they send the card back, there is no question what I am coming to them for and I have everything ready to go for them.
