3 Reasons for Teleleads

It is 3 reasons, not 3 questions.

Understand. The question is why did you return the card. I'll usually say something like some folks have recently been to a funeral and realize how expensive they are. It's lame and sometimes true but those three reasons are what really matters. I might get my closing ratio up to double digits now.
 
My mailers have these three reasons along with two others, along with a "other" column.

Makes the close rate higher and "mail and pray" is taken out of the equation. If they send the card back, there is no question what I am coming to them for and I have everything ready to go for them.


Where do you get this lead?
