Yes. Any company that has a policy fee is figured correctly on fexquotes. The monthly payments shown are the total.

5-Star is slow to contract with and they do not allow writing business prior to receiving your mailed paper apps and agent kit. They are not looking for the agent that has a deal ready to go and is in a hurry. They want agents that are going to write business with them consistently.
They do a lot of things right. Speedy contracting is not one of them.

That's why I've said 5 Star is a good company to have but I would hate for them to be my go to company. They are a nightmare administratively.

Their contracting happens much faster If you utilize the online contracting...I find it only takes about 7 days to get an approval and the web access is pretty quick as well.

Most of their down falls in my opinion are merely growing pains...there is a lot of internal changes happening to make the "agent experience" much stronger....they are absolutely on the right track.

I agree.
Probably the worst thing they ever did was use SalesForce for the base of their website. It's not great.

Salesforce is a curse word. My company makes me use it. I hate it.

I have none of these issues with them... When I call them at 830 am, I pretty much always get someone. I also have some of the staffs personal emails and can easily contact them with any issues.
