Sometimes good people make mistakes, and other times people aren't as good as they lead others to believe.

I have never met any of the parties involved but I will say this. Jd and Travis have always bent over backwards to answer questions on this forum. Most of those questions are not even from FEX guys. They are more than willing to dish out information when they stand to gain nothing.

Too many times people in this forum people volunteer information when they have no clue on what they are talking about. Me personally, I would rather receive information from somebody who has the numbers to back up and support the value of their opinion. JD and Travis have those numbers, period.

Except if your willing to commit fraud or cheat on your wife then I wonder what is said in the home to make the sale. Is that really the person you want to take advise from, I would re-think the source.
