It says Life Insurance.. What else does it say?
I don't that many $240K producers so we will have to wait to see if any speak up. However, different people do things different ways.....................
.He was always one of the company leaders.

We are not talking about "FE Sales Gimmicks".. We are talking about "FE Sales Visual Aids."
Why does it matter? Or do we have to go through the entire thread that was posted in the lead forum...get over yourself
OK, since he was a top dog (1099) his way is the best/only way. Uh ha? FTR i do not have or use any company brochures. The most I use on ""FE"" type deals is a FEXQUOTES print out.
Why does it matter? Or do we have to go through the entire thread that was posted in the lead forum...get over yourself
You are the one that is criticizing "gimmicks" used in the sales process.. However, most lead pieces are nothing more than a "gimmick" to get in the door. Some speak of state regulated final expense plans -- no such thing exists. Some speak to changes in the Social Security DB -- It was last changed in 1954 with a couple of clarification amendments in the the early 80s so there are certainly no new changes as the lead would have a person to believe. Most are intentionally misleading giving the impression that something is being offered for free.. I was just curious if the leads you use do any of those things.. Would be very similar to using a fictional illustration.
Get over myself?.. I am not the one that is being judgmental and holding myself up as being better than others.
We obviously disagree. You feel it is ok to tell people fictional stories...I do not. I think that is a world away from a marketing piece, but as I just said we disagree.
----------
So me voicing my opinion is being judgmental and you voicing your disagreement is...what?
If you're talking about judging people who lie to there clients...yep color me guilty as charged.
You can have the last word because I know you won't stop and can do this all night. I wish I could indulge but I've gotta go sell some stuff tomorrow...shockingly no. I won't have to resort to 'fictional' stories.
Better yet, why don't you just admit that you're ok with using the kinds of stories that you posted earlier and quit trying to attack the entire forum. I'm pretty sure most of us use the same lead piece. I'm also pretty sure most of the agents using DM are honest and don't have to resort to the types of fictional stories you are obviously a proponent of.
----------
And just curious, how does my DM piece factor into a conversation about fictional stories and gimmicks. Again, you will deflect because you're going to be hard pressed to find a $200k per year producer who uses them...
----------
Don't go putting words in my mouth. Never said his way or even my way are the best way...hell I often tell people the way I work this business would have most broke by their 2nd month.
And dang, you print out the quote sheet...I just show it to them on my phone.
Newby you will be the new Monty Hall... I'll take Door #3
All I can say is that as an insurance agent that has produced way over the $20,000 (not limited to FE) number monthly for over 10-years, MY opinion is that I would gladly use any presentation tool that helps tell the story of what the coverage will do for them. If I needed a big check, a stack of cash or a donkey to help them visualize what I'm talking about I would use it. And just to fine tune a bit more, when I say produced I don't include it in the number unless it's issued, paid and I pay income taxes on it. That's the only numbers that are meaningful to me. I'll throw it out to the agents who have had $50,000+ months (not limited to FE) and to get the voice of experience unless you have produced over $20,000 monthly for at least a decade, please keep your opinions quite and let the producers talk. Would you use visual aids to help present a case? Damm. It almost seems arrogant to lay it out there like that doesn't it? And to keep it on topic. Someone that did buy a $5,000 Settlers Bronze policy from me that I actually DID use a Big Check in the presentation several months ago called yesterday and wants to bump it up to $20,000. So my opinion is that visual aids don't reduce persistency but that's just my seat of the pants assumption. ---------- You got that right. But for the best effect, you have to do your best Val Kilmer impression when you say "Say when. "
