You'd think the AD would age off...maybe at 75. It should say in the policy...or call the company and ask.

Haven't found one that actually said WHOLE LIFE on it. All say "group perm." And have a "policy changes" section.

I used the secret sauce... on this case.
Sorry to keep you guys in the dark, but there were more issues surrounding this particular client that suggested replacement was needed.
