I cannot even get through to Aetna nor can the customers, 4 hours on hold is not necessary.
Call at exactly 8:30 AM, you have a shot at the opening. I called today at 8:30 and 1 second and 'only' held 5 minutes.

Thanks for that number, however, with no invoice number they cannot pay that way, i just called it.
Such a hot mess this is.
I had much of my business go to Aetna this OEP. Everything has been a train wreck.
-Pre-ACA clients losing coverage were put into off-exchange ACA plans, after making a on-exchange selection for 1/1.
-Many sent wrong bills and membership cards. Some paid these incorrect bills.
-Several HC.gov apps haven't transmitted correctly to Aetna.
-Most haven't received cards and bills.
Not only do we have a huge haircut in commission, we have to touch each file 50 times because of countless errors in this broken system.
I wont be putting my name on Aetna next year.
The Medicare advantage plans in my area are #1. The aca plans are a hot mess
