how long do you have to be in this business before you get a downline, or is that all negotiated with an imo.

OK, I am not reading all the threads, so I do not know. Are you licensed and selling?

I only chase them when they are "past" due.. ( sorry I could not resist.)...There is no reason why an agent that chooses to cannot make a living selling FE to folks that do not live in slum conditions.. Even though I have taken most of this month off, I have sold 17 apps since June 1...None were in roach infested, cat piss homes. I did pull up to one hose that had trash piled to the ceiling of the porch with only a small walk way through it.. I drove on by. Might have been a great sale to be made but I will let someone else have it. Over the years I have come to believe that it is the people who take no pride in themselves or their surroundings are most likely the ones who will take no pride in keeping their insurance in force.
