How does a carrier measure agent rankings when doing it monthly. Is it closing % or is it Premium sold.

So basically the more premium paid from policies.

correct. meaning one agent who sells one larger policy may 'rank' higher then an agent who sold 30 small policies, who has less total premium

Gotcha so it’s like real Estate in a way where you can have 1 guy who closes 100% with 19

So I will be Number 1 every month.
On a serious note, but you can have managers who rank higher due to there downline. Correct. Or have agents that rank higher then there Managers.
Majority of companies rank agents and agencies (uplines) separately.
