Americo non smoker clause

Never wrote one, and personally don't like the plan. I just do a lot of research before I sell any product.

ALL smokers go non-smoker with Eagle, and are forced to comply with the tobacco cessation program, correct? They cannot opt out and accept smoker rates, right?

In theory Dave you could write a smoker Eagle, write a higher face so that if they never ment to quit when the Fa decreases it'll be to where they want it.
