We need to move our commission tracking from old paper auditing to something automatic. AMS I.T told me it can be done in AMS360. So far I have spent hours with their I.T and we have not been able to get it done, they have pushed us to pay extra $$$ to get someone out her or to move to this "vertafore agency platform". We are so lost right now with where to go. I have even looked into EZlynx AMS (since we already use their rater). Im not sure which route to pursue at this point but we need to get this changes asap. Does anyone have input on any of these 3 products or how it can be done in AMS360 or ezlynx?
