...at least through broker portal...can't access broker back-door through either Health Sherpa or my direct carrier link.
 
I can't either. I tried Health Sherpa and ACAExpress for the Access button, and get a 500 error. So, it seems to be a hc.gov error, not the WBE.
 
Yes, I have 10 calls this morning from people freaking out. Not my problem unless you are my customer. Returning calls from existing clients only at this point.
 
Correct, CMS just announced they are making some code changes to speed up that aspect..

Other than that we are screaming through apps today!
