Anyone work with Senior Life doing telesales?

Today I had a nice conversation with Greg (@theinsuranceman), and not only is he very knowledgeable about telesales, more importantly, he has years of productive experience.

Now more than ever, it's a necessary skill, and Greg can get you up and running fairly quickly.

How much did Greg pay you to say that? :skeptical:

Hello! How does telesales work with Senior Life? Do we have to purchase the leads and if so how is the payment taken?
They advance you a limited number on a weekly basis, and deduct the cost out of your commissions beginning 10-days later. I suggest you ask tougher questions. For example, how their commissions work, and why is the payout conditional.

It all depends on the agent's immediate manager. Some managers do it different from other managers......

_some managers will finance 20 leads per week for the agent and the lead charge hits your advances about 10 days later.

_some managers want the agent to prepay for 10 leads and then the manager will finance the other 10 leads.

_some managers want the leads to be prepaid for before the agent gets them.

_We have a new system where the agent gets 20 leads on credit, and only half of their advance goes to leads 10 days later and the other half of their advance goes to the agent's bank account. This new method is helping a lot of agents with the cash flow of their business.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't all the other IMO's up here require the agent to put up a few thousands of dollars to get on their lead program and the agent still doesn't see the first lead till about 4 weeks later?

Feel free to ask me anything right up here where everyone can see the question and the answer.

Just be sure to communicate your question clearly.

Thanks for the kind words. Glad to help you out. 15 years of FE tele-sales experience is the main reason this is so easy to me. Heck, after 15 years I should know it fairly well by now...lol.

That's funny. You didn't feel it necessary to post your answer to Felicia's question, until I took liberty to do so. Instead, you suggested she call you to get her question answered.
