I heard that the January 4th Assurance training class had over 200 recruits - they had to move people to Jan 11th.

Fresh beef that's just starting the aging process - they'll be looking for bigger and better from you guys pretty soon...figure about a month and with a few telesales deals under their belts and they're ready for real earnings...

Of course - they'll be spoiled with the incoming transfer leads - so they'll need my live incoming calls from high intent prospects watching TV commercials - to keep them well fed...:jiggy:
 
Do you pay for these commercials to be aired or just run the call center that the calls come into or how does it work?

Hey Greg. Yes - all info about the TV calls is getting posted on a new subject that I just started this morning....BUT - I personally have a very good chat with every agent that is interested in the incoming live TV calls. I want to make sure that it is the right situation for them.

I have turned away as many agents as I have participating in the program - mostly because I believed they were not ready for a "Tier 1 Operator" mission at this point in their telesales or FE career. I'm looking out for their best interests...
