BACON IS FOR CLOSERS...

Agreed...

I getting old and my joints and muscles are more inflamed.

Turmeric works great in juice. I prefer shots. Mariana suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis and we've learned to make fresh juice every day. Buy a juicer and commit to daily exercise and healthy foods. A lifestyle change can be hard but we did it last year and I'm feeling stronger than I have in years.

I look forward to working out, as it's no longer that dreadful thing that I "have" to do. It's become something that I enjoy doing!

How old are you Doug? Yep exercise every day . So many heavy Fe agents as their on the road daily and eat terrible.

Sorry to hear about Mariana's rheumatoid arthritis. That's a tough one. I have a mother-in-law who suffers with pain and fibromyalgia. Getting older is never fun.

I'll have try the turmeric and lemon drink. Maybe I'll get a few more years out of this shell.

BTW... for the first time I clicked on your avatar..., never knew till now that was a jumping elephant. Is that part of your exercise routine? :err:

Before they "redid" the Forum, that elephant was bouncing up and down. When I saw that, I wanted a moving avatar too.
