The BEST company to work for, hands down, is YOU. If you have the mindset that understands what independent really means, that's the only way to walk. Next thing is to make sure to get competent and experienced mentorship. Without it, you'll suffer, get frustrated, then quit. Is there the possibility you'll have those same issues WITH an experienced mentor? Possibly. However, he or she isn't the only one out there. These forums are huge sources of valuable information to help everyone patient enough to wade through them. You can always ask me questions as well.
