Can you imagine the overhead for 4th of july telegrams to your book? (they probably would get noticed, no idea if they would generate any business.)

I would do it for something like annuities. It'd have to be a high dollar item.
OR..
Just use certified mail..
Both of them are long gone. So why even bring all that up now?
