Im getting referral calls from current bcbsfl clients pist about rate increases of course, they want to switch to a bronze plan...Are you guys writing these up or is it true no commish?? I feel bad not helping them as they are referrals...thanx

If my agency is the AOR I get paid, otherwise no.

I have had to turn a few referrals away. That is not the best thing to do if they are close to turning 65.
