My recent experience with TM leads is they are sick folks requiring either graded or GI.

A lot of the graded and gi plans pay a rduced comission and are subject to charge back for death or lapse during the first eyar. Also, a lot of the repsonders can't really afford the higher pre,iu,s required for the graded and GI plans.

More, of my first two months of bankers life i made less than 2 dollars an hour and was behind on everything and once i left i got things caught up. But, i appreciate i know Ben stresses Money management which is a trait im trying to get in the habit of.

Id rather buy new leads than go through aged leads. If I had a lot of money to blow than it would be different.
