CA Mr. 62 & Mrs. 63 -Diabetic II & Heavy-Who is Best?

I wrote a 5 foot 6 inches tall guy, 325 pounds, diabetic on insuliin with Monumental two months ago and got paid THE NEXT DAY! NO PHONE INTERVIEW He got their PREFERRED RATES

You have a problem with that one because he only qualified for standard. You have to sweat that another agent won't come in behind you and rescind that one.

To the best of my knowledge the customer honestly answered each question. Customer is in California. What did we do wrong?

If he takes insulin you must answer yes to that question. That rates him as standard...not prefered.

I went back and looked at the question, which asks if he has had insulin shots in the past 2 years. He has not although he has had insulin in the past. That's how much I know.

You and he were pretty lucky then. Very rare for a person to take insulin and stop it. Especially when weight that high. At least that I have encountered.

I used to have clients on insulin go back to their doctor to ask if they could control it by pill. About 50% of them got off of insulin!

It's amazing how the Dr.s will just put someone on insulin instead of any other types of treatment right off the bat.
