CALENDAR leads?

Yeah, what a fvcktwad thing to do to your own agents when the two leading FB lead vendors distribute the overproduction for free to the ordering agent.

Most def not a lead vendor. Just provide access to quality leads in real time.

$150 down and $150 once 20 leads delivered.

Nobody has to buy anything - it's just a convenience item.

Since Josh is with OLA, why aren't they buying their leads from Josh...or is OLA making money off of leads?

Thanks for posting in a manly color of type this time Tom.

I generated High intent FB leads only in Philly for about $12-15/ea. With the power of a lead vendor I'm sure they are getting these $5-6/at cost. For whatever that is worth....

What I thought would be a lay down, was a let down. Didn't even get in the damned door.

You obviously had no charm or sales skills.

Today you would have sold her as well as her daughter, 4 neighbors and the milkman.

When I go to the doctor's office I stock up on those cards to fill out for magazine subscriptions.

I used to do something similar on purchased internet leads. When they were a real jerk I would go to every quote site I could find and put their information in.

Only did it a few times but it felt really good.

OLA doesn't do Facebook Leads.

Just something a friend of mine does as a side hustle.

Raw cost varies from $8 to $11 per lead depending on the area.

But - really just started so I imagine the cost will decrease as time goes by.
