CALENDAR leads?

I have no idea what the ads say and I do still have those who deny responding. How can you go to a landing page and input all of the info and then not remember doing it? Plus the lead card prints out a bold picture of an eagle that they saw during the process. I guess some people don't have a short term memory at sll.
Back in the early 90's I loved using the auto dialers. I was home for lunch and heard a woman give all of her info...age, Med Supp company, premium, etc. She sounded like a great prospect.

She lived in the same city and I was knocking on her door within 20 minutes. She said, "I TOLD them I WASN'T interested". I told her that, "I don't know who them is, but I can let you listen to the recording. You never said you weren't interested, you actually gave "them" your info."

What I thought would be a lay down, was a let down. Didn't even get in the damned door.

Not really any different than DM . . .

Not really any different than DM . . .

With DM, in my experience, the % claiming not to have filled out the card is significantly higher. This is no doubt due to the fact that when you are on a standing lead order through an IMO your leads tend to build in inventory and thus are already a bit aged when you get them.

The FB leads are really fresh - like real time fresh. I have found with any lead - TM, FB, or DM - if you can get to them with four weeks of the lead being generated, many more will recall the phone call, FB form, or the filling out the lead card. DM's are often not distributed until after that initial window, and thus more folks truly don't remember having filed the card out - especially some of the older folks.

The best leads I ever worked were when I did my own mail drops with Main Street Power Mail and with Chris from Lead Connections. The card would come in, I'd get a scanned copy of the card in my email immediately, and if I didn't get to the person with the scanned copy within a few days, I got the actual pink, green, or yellow card in the mail - the very one the prospect filled out. I can honestly say that having the actual colored card in your hand led to almost 100% total recall. Still wondering why IMO's don't go the extra step to mail the original lead card back to the agent. I get the extra cost, but one extra sale would probably pay the freight.

The problem with doing mail drops, at least in my area, is that returns vary from drop to drop too much. If I knew I'd get a consistent 1.5% that would be all I would do. But sometimes it was 1.5%, other times, 1% ... sometimes I'd get a bunch back right away, and other times I'd get one or two cards and then a week or two would go by and I'd get 8 or 9 more.

With the ability to generate FB leads in a matter of hours and for less than $15 - it's the future . . .

Only thing better is the FB lead that acts as a live transfer for the same price . . .

Could be someone else filled it out for them.. possibly even as a "joke".... I knew a woman who was mad at a neighbor so she put his name an address on every DM reply card she saw and mailed it in.

Hahaha...I still do that. When I go to the doctor's office I stock up on those cards to fill out for magazine subscriptions. :twitchy:

Louis, at calendarleads.com what it says is that leads are $20/each, but you get $5/lead off IF you order statewide.

The regular leads will be within a 50 mile radius of your home zip code.

You should give them a try ... my first batch has been very good for me. All of the workable leads were within 50 miles or less of my zip code.

I did get one from Florida and one from North Carolina - both of whom recently relocated from PA, so that made sense. But additional leads were received to make up for those two out of area leads. Also, I do think you will get a credit for any lead that maps more than 50 miles from your anchor zip code.
The thing that was intriguing about DIMG is they don't have a lead cap.. You order 20 leads for $400, you are guaranteed the 20 leads.. However, if the campaign produces more than 20 leads, they send those to you free.. Some are reporting receiving 35+ leads per order. I don't think Josh does that..
