There's way to segment the areas, but that's par for the course with Fb leads unfortunately.
Creating buffers in your calendar will prevent them from being one hour after another on opposite sides of town.
Using a route planner like road warrior or map my customers is the way to go. You can upload all your leads as a .csv file. We don't really use it to "map" our day per se. we use it to see what leads are close when we run an appt, get no showed, have a break in our schedule etc.
After a few weeks you'll always have 4-5 leads with a a few mile radius. Use the included door knock lead card and go to work.
