Called Trans to handle some business for me and my downlines -

I asked the rep about the old software since we are not able to quote and I need to adjust the face for a client which she was able to do somehow and get me the proper information.

I asked her how we quote for the new product? (Besides FEXQuotes) And if they would have a web-page like they did for their old software, she said yes - but it isn't out yet..
Next questions: so how do we quote?

Right now you can quote at Transware, which is on the left side of AgentNet Info. It's clunky and not even remotely comparable to the old http://fe-ta.mpremcalc.com/ Calc which was a breeze, especially on a cell phone.

The new Agent Advisor Experience portal is a huge POS in terms of quality and functionality. Fingers are crossed that they update agentnetinfo links and everything remains usable over there. It's currently the only place you can find a paper app as well. They still haven't updated Transmarketing or the Forms tab in ANI.

Ain't that the truth! Luckily my as earned is pretty chunky and since the change was coming I limited my production with them starting in October, so I shouldn't be hit too hard

Would it be safe to say that Trans... will be the next carrier to exit the FE arena? Sounds like another FE carrier being led by the accountants and lawyers and bean counters, rather than leadership with actual FE experience. The way you guys post about them makes them appear rather inept.

They're not going to spend $1 billion to release new product only to stop selling it. But they clearly want less business and a healthier more reliable applicant.

They might do that if they are inept.

They should have just made their app simpler and offered a good e-app with instant approvals on the old product. They would have got a LOT more healthy biz that way. Because they would have gone to a lot of agent's #1 if they were easier to work with.

They're not going to spend $1 billion to release new product

If it costs them $1 Billion to issue a product they know will die on the vine to save them $5 Billion over the next 10 years they would. Wouldn't be the first company to spend a billion to save two billion, would it?

Also unlikely that this product design and rollout cost them a billion dollars. I'm sure that the cost was not insignificant. But a Billion is 1000 millions and I doubt any FE company has spent $1000 Million dollars designing and rolling out their FE product, do you?
